Seating 6.The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave. a separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer and a useful extra w/c. upstairs comprises two large twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath, with a shower over and w.C. The large landing area could accommodate an extra temporary bed . A cot and stairgate are available. there is a large grassed garden area safe from any traffic and an open barn to the rear of the property which may be used to store surf boards, cycles etc. There is ample parking for 2 cars. bed linen is supplied but not towels electricity and heating is included in the price. the owner requests that guests do not smoke inside house. 1 well behaved pet accepted. bookings are friday to friday. Short breaks usually friday to monday but may be flexible
